PS Richard please allow a couple of days in case
there's any discussion (i.e., anything I missed)
before setting up round 2.  Since we don't have to
deal with Christmas break I would like to play the
final round with a 30 day total limit per player and
no per turn limit (i.e., 30 days per turn as well).
