[pbmserv] Statistics Server

Although there is still a lot of functionality I need to finish, I want 
to announce that a web server I've put together to collect 
"interesting" stats on games here at Richard's pbem is now available at 
http://pbemstats.bluedino.net

Please take a look and tell me what you think.

I'm doing this in part for fun, in part because the info might be 
interesting and in part to brush up on new features of OpenACS 
(http://www.openacs.org) and AOLserver (http://www.aolserver.com)---the 
open source web platform I use. [yes that's right, despite the name, 
AOLserver _is_ open source and it's quite a good webserver]

On a related note, it appears that the Northumbria archive has not been 
maintained for some time.  One of the features I plan to incorporate 
with my server is a searchable archive of games so I will be 
incorporating the Northumbria files as well as adding in new games 
sometime in the next week or two.
