[pbmserv] weekend Werewolf game 75 started

The intent is for this game to go FAST and be done in
time to have the next "normal" game start Monday. 
Please only join if you expect to have weekend email
access (otherwise join 74!).

I'll try to start if we reach 10-12 players.
