[pbmserv] 8'th annual Lines of Action tournament

This year's Lines of Action email tournament has wrapped up.  This
year's winner is Marc Decroos, who also won last year's tournament.
This year's outcome was in doubt right to the very end, with 3 of
the 6 players in the final round clearly outclassing the rest.
