[pbmserv] Broadcast from bengal via PBM Server

For those who have entered the chess tournament set up by dshort, thank you for
participating; the championship round has begun and all players who advanced
scored at least 6 wins.

Since dshort is still unavailable to organise a new tournament, i'll see who is
interested in playing chess (those who are in the above championship round
should not feel obligated to sign on).

In Scramble, the preliminary round is officially complete (there may be one or
two games still in progress), and so the championship will be the winner of
each section (in this case, vivek and sharkey).  They will play all 3 of the
scramble boards which are PBeM exclusives (19x19, 21x21 broad, 21x21 grand).

Knowing that a pair of 4-1 players might be very miffed, i'm considering
including a consolation bracket so they can battle for third place.

Is anyone interested in joining another X-division tournament?
