[pbmserv] Accepting games in Tenjiku, Chushogi and others

I'll accept a couple games in the big tenjikushogi game.  I would be playing kinda slow
since I'll need to look up all the pieces all the time!

Also, I'll take games in ChuShogi, especially if they are for the Chushogi ladder.

Also #2, I'll accept games in yacht, warship, and shogi.
