[pbmserv] Trax tournament

Signups are now open for the 2005 PBMServer Trax tournament:

Tournament start: 12 February 2005
Format: Round robin - in pools of 6-8 players
        top 3 players + ties advance
Maximum time per move: 7 days
Vacation: Notify Richard in usual way, but also
        CC Donald@traxgame.com, or to userid: dgb
Tournament duration: Approx 6-8 months
Analysis: Offline analysis is permitted.
        Use of AI to determine moves is prohibited.
No undos will be permitted
