Aside from the issue of aliases, there is another
feature of werewolf sorely lacking in the server's
other multiplayer games.  It would be great to
implement "join" across the board.  Starting a WW game
is much easier than mhearts, blackout, perudo, etc.,
since nobody needs to be emailed userids!

Of course one might want to add a feature to
auto-start when a desired number of players is reached
(in WW we just wait until the organizer feels there
are enough players).
