I would like to organize Moultezim tournament. Here is the info:


 1) What: World Server Moultezim Championship Tournement.
 2) Who: All users of Richard's Play-By-eMail server.
 3) Where: On Richard's Play-By-eMail Server (must have an account here).
 4) When: 15 October
 5) How: Email your userid to me alipsits@gmail.com
 6) Details: All players will be divided into groups. The winners then
 will advance to next round and the process will repeat until there
 is only one group left. Number of groups and number of players in the
 group will depend upon the number of registered users.
