[pbmserv] Moultezim tournament

Dear all:

Moultezim  tournament will start as soon as Richard will load games. I
have  25  players  hence there are 4 groups with 3 groups of 6 and one
group  of  5 players. Top two (or more if players have equal number of
points) advance to the next round. Each player gets 1 point for win, 0
for loss. Standart time control is used. Good luck everybody!
