[pbmserv] Problems with Trax tournament.

I was just notified about two new Trax games.

These games had the names C47 and C27.  Note the capital C.

There are two problems with this.

One: There were four more games created that I was NOT notified about.

Two: When I try make a move in any of these games, the server will
    downcase the game name, and then not find the game.
