Or from the new account, send a message to esquire@pyrnet.org with the
collowing in the BODY of the message...

	unsubscribe pyrnet-l youraddress@domain.com
or
	unsubscribe pyrnet-l-digest youraddress@domain.com

The latter form will bounce the request to the pyrnet owners for approval
since the address being unsubscribed does not match the address that sent
the request.  But I check that mailbox from time to time for jsut such 
reasons.
