I wouldn't recommend the use of a prong collar on any dog that is
potentially aggressive. For anybody that doesn't know a prong
collar on an aggressive dog or prone to aggression dog can heighten
aggression. The pinching of a prong collar simulates the biting of a
dog into the neck. Go to a collar such as a Gentle Leader. A
Gentle Leader adjusted correctly gives you control and simulates an
alpha gesture (muzzle control is a naturally dominant gesture) and
takes the bite capacity down just every so slightly.
