I can't recall ever having a pup w. single dew claws, but we have had triple
and even quadruple rear dew claws.  We have found that sometimes the extras
are like horny warts that grow on one of the pads but aren't there when they
are pups.  They aren't really claws and bleed if you try to clip them.
