    I know this is a little unconventional, but when our dogs get dry, scaley
noses like that, we usually rub a little olive oil on it. It makes it less
dry, and also makes the nose nice and shiny black again. So, you can give this
a try, though if it is from sunburn, you might want to try a sunscreen. There
is a brand called Dura Screen that is recommended for this type of use, even
though it's made for humans. Good luck!
