having diarrhea we thought of everything else but. We gave her all sorts of
medicine and no one even thought of cancer. An xray can determine if there
is an intestinal or colon tumor.

Albert has had barium X-ray series. In 3 days we will probably be referred
to specialist an hr. away for probe and biopsy, unless it clears up
completely by then. Cancer is something I always think of. Too many in my
family have died of it (brother now in last stages of it and bedridden and has
been in hospice care for 15 mos.) and have had too many cancer scares myself
(mine all benign) and had 2 pets die of it, too.
Keep hoping it's nothing serious, but we all worry about the worse-case
scenarios, too. Trying to cover all our bases by checking everything out we
can think of (or others can think of) and doing all we can, yet at same time
not get too worried about what hopefully will not come to pass. I realize that
most of what we worry about never happens. Gotta try to keep positive outlook
and enjoy those God has given us to enjoy for whatever time we have with them.
