[PyrNet-L] Pyr in Springfield, Mass, shelter

There is a Pyr in the shelter in Springfield, Massachusetts, who was
picked up as a stray on July 31st.  He is a big boy, all white, very
sweet.  He has one family interested in adopting him, or as a backup, I
will take him into foster for Pyr rescue.  

It's hard to believe that anyone would just "lose or misplace" a dog
like this.  Does anyone know of a Pyr missing in that area, or possibly
stolen from a show?  The shelter director said that he is beautiful and
very sweet.
