[PyrNet-L] Chat: Party Update!
Well, things are rockin'
here! The Hupp Pups have arrived along with the Rister Rodeo and The Black
Horde. Then as all the Scotties were getting aquainted, who arrives but the
Pyrenees! First was Takeysha! She is a nursing mom that was able to attend! Then
followed by Maggie and Mr. Gandi Woods with his guests-the sheep sisters!
Gretel-Heidi & Glinda. They are a BIG hit with the scotties! Then a few
minutes later Ranger-Kemo-Silver and Polar Bear came.
All brought food and there are more mice here than I
want to think about!
The Pyrenees were all milling about-keeping the Sheep
Sisters in close range-and getting to know each other. Those tails waving and
those faces grinning! A few autograph books were passed about and someone went
into the office and brought out the stamp pad.
Meanwhile, the Scotties are
all frapping and running about. I fear it was the arrival of the lovely Sheep
Sisters that have them stirred up. But being such a lady Gretel has been
entertaining everyone by walking on 2 legs!
The Hupp Pups, Toby-Sassy-Kaitlyn and
Tyler were very impressed and promised to try this trick at home! McGee and Ian
Wallace those little Scotties that are not feeling too good, were propped up on
velvet pillows by Mr. Gandi Woods and JOY. Ian Wallace and Maggie(scotty)are
smooching and sharing Frosty Paws! McGee the official Love Consultant is giving
advice to all and is being attended by his friend Bravo!
Seeing that the Scotties sort of want to
be alone, JOY moved her friends into the next room so they could just lie around
and talk sheep! But when they pulled the doors to the drawing room shut, they
forgot the Lovely Sheep Sisters in the other room! uh oh.....
It suddenly became very quiet in the
Scotties party room...the Lovely Sheep Sisters looked at each other and each
thinking the same thing began to run like mad toward the drawing room!
Heidi-being able to run through solid objects was in the lead.......As Heidi
burst through the door Gretel followed and Glinda was still holding the left
overs from the fruit tray she had snitched!
As the Scotties were all behind and
gaining fast, Takeysha bellowed out---"ENOUGH!" There is enough food
and fun for all of us!
Ranger, Kemo, Silver and Polar Bear all
gave a hearty bark while JOY and Maggie the Pyr in her gorgeous red sparklie
gown went to the kitchen to begin dispensing the bubbly
water!
And so we leave them. the Scottish
Terriers with their new friends the Pyrenees all sharing a we bit of the bubbly
water-all except for Takeysha(nursing you know...)and getting ready for the
entertainment!
There will be posted a lost & found
list in the morning. But so far there are leaves and grass, a few nice rocks,
some ATM cards, an airline ticket to Switzerland and at least 20 leads that are
lying about! oh and plenty of drool!
