GPCA members:

I just wanted to apologize in advance for some technical problems in the
issue of The Bulletin that you should be getting shortly. We are using a
new system, and there are some bugs that need to be worked out. Please
be patient and bear with us during this transition period. I am
confident that ultimately the result will be a better and more
``user-friendly'' Bulletin.
