Barb, It would be interesting to see pictures of the Mals.  I never knew
it occurred in that breed, especially if as you say, it was different. 
Beyond the basis forms, it is hard to imagine what could be different in
the breeds.  I don't recall ever reading so much about it in the medical
texts about breed specific problems.  Maybe I just wasn't paying close
attention back then.  When your made aware of one thing, you tend to hear
more about it.  Cindy.
