[PyrNet-L] Female available for adoption

First I would like to thank everyone for sharing all of your wonderful stories
about how you met this breed and came to love it.

Now for the business at hand: When I got home from the office last night there
was a phone message on my machine from the shop that grooms my Bailey. They
only groom one other Pyr so we both stand out as customers. Anyway, the other
Pyr is a 6 year old, spayed, female who's owner just past away after a long
battle with cancer. The family phoned the shop, the shop then phoned me to see
if I could possibly help the family find someone to adopt Shalamar. I phoned
the shop this morning and then the family to find out whatever else I could
about the dog. They told me she had been well cared for, current on all her
shots, was great with kids, and then went on to list all of the typical pyr
traits that we all know and love, i.e. barking, very protective ... She's about
25-27in. and weighs about 115. When they got her they were told she would be
all white however she does have a couple of light brown patches that did not
disappear.

If you know of anyone who might be interested in this little lady please contact
me privately for more information:

I will be happy to help transport if necessary. I wish I could take her
myself but that is just not an option I am able to take advantage of at
     this time.

Almost forgot, the family is moving at the end of this month and must find
a new home for her before the month is over.
