[PyrNet-L] Pyr Puppy First Snow

Here it is the first week of December and the temperatures have been hovering
around 70. Few clouds, no rain, little fall and no winter. Eight month old
Belle has known only warm days and so far only cool nights. And then . . .

LAST NIGHT IT SNOWED!

We woke this morning to 1-1/2" of white stuff on the ground. Belle's daddy,
remembering the fun she had with the first rain hard enough to leave standing
water in the ditches, jumps out of bed and races for the camera bag.

Puppies dance at the doggy door while he fumbles in his haze for his camera,
his lenses, his shoes and pants.

Nose to the ground, digging furrows in the white, Belle races about the yard
full tilt. Running with Montana Bear (almost 2 and an old hand at this snow
stuff), she attempts her usual smaller dog trick of waiting until he catches
up, doing a twisty turn on her front feet to come up behind him for the
attack. Instead, she goes slippity-lippity and Tanner Runs Her Down.

Run, turn, Run, turn, in the house, out of the house. Life is good.

Jack (quick grab the camera, they're coming around again) and
Belle (hey, daddy, this is neat. What is it?) of the Amarillo Mts.
