Just got home from traditional New Year's Day meal at Mom's. We're not
exactly in the deep south (Ohio) but our roots are in the foothills of the

Pork Roast
Sauerkraut
Black-eye Peas and Cornbread
Mashed Potatoes
Salads
Rolls
