Definitely a "Guy" thing in my experience Robyn.  I still have visions of
our Rupert some years ago actually sitting on the shoulders of an elderly
couple on the settee so he could share himself equally. It was like seeing a
large, white parrot up there!! It's the old "me, me" syndrome. Is it more
common in the males? Here it is as there is only one female and she has
lovely manners. By the way, cricket was rained out (shame) but of course we
do have the America's Cup here so no shortage of things for a deaf husband
to watch.
