Strange story comes from a woman in our area who stopped by to buy eggs. 
We were talking about the running dog situation in our part of Texas. 
She said that a friend of hers living just down the road was having
trouble with the neighbors dog roaming all over her place.  She talked to
him nicely for a while, about the problem.  Repeatedly asked him to keep
his dog at home.  Finally he walked the dog down to her place, called her
out, and shot the dog in front of her.  He then tossed it up on her front
yard and yelled " There, does that make you happy"?  Of course it didn't,
like most of us, she simply wanted the dog to remain in it's own yard,
and was left extremely upset by the incident.

What is happening with people?  I think there are some really scary types
out running around these days!   Cindy.
