I've just had another brilliant idea. Get one of those thingys that you
attach to your hose for cleaning car/windows/house etc and hose your
statues. You would need to lie them down so that the blast did not knock
them over and break them. It should work. A rinse in cold water after should
bring them up lovely. Do you think I could get a job as "Aunt Daisy Jan" ?
