I normally just pyr (peer) from the background and don't comment too often 
but I just was appalled by your story. My god shot the dog in front of the 
neighbor.

Did anyone contact the ASPCA or police about this guys disregard for life. 
I'd be afraid of what might happen if he got in an argument with someone 
else. Or maybe again he would back down to someone who can stand up to him.

That poor dog and family that has to live with someone like him.
