[PyrNet-L] Surgery and anaesthetic

Hi all!

Next Friday, Rajah is to go in for exploratory surgery. She's had all
sorts of tests and come through clear but still won't conceive. My local
vet thinks she may have cysts and wants to open her up to take a look.
My problem is, over her almost five years of life she has already been
put out a few times and it concerns me that just any old anaesthetic might
do serious harm. Anyway, I'm just wondering if any of you know of a "safest
anaesthetic" and/or "safest method/procedure" for Pyrs going into surgery,
especially exploratory that may take a while? We look forward to your
replies! Thanks!
