Well, I stayed home today to cuddle with my doggies on my birthday.
That's why I'm "saying" a lot more than usual today <G.>  Instead, I'm
spending the day giving Anais (Pyr) a bath.  My "in the process of being
remodeled" bathroom is finally finished enough to use the new, enlarged
shower so I used it for the first time.  It is now 4' x 2 1/2', the
biggest we could fit into my 4x6 bathroom.  It has a hand-held shower
sprayer.  It was great!  I was able to kneel or sit and get around Anais
standing or get her to turn around so I could get the other side.  She
enjoyed it somewhat less than I did, although she was much more
cooperative that the last time when we tried to wash her in the upstairs
bathtub and it took three of us to keep her in the tub.  It remains to
be seen whether Ciaran (IW) will fit in the new shower.  I still can't
get him to go near the bathroom door, even with a treat in my hand.  I'm
going to work on it, though.  He's easy to bathe outside when the
weather is good and he can go without a bath through the winter with no
problem, so I'm not too anxious about it, but the shower would be nicer
and more comfortable for him, too.  I have hot/cold water outside but
it's hard to adjust the temperature and the intensity of the spray, so
if I could get him to go into the shower, I know he would prefer it.
Well, I guess I'll be spending the next few hours getting Anais dry :(
