Frankie (Ariege Chairman of th' Bord) who is 19months old and myself went to
a Show today. The Judge was an elderly lady from Australia.  I remembered
her late husband from years ago. He used to fall asleep in the Ring
literally on his feet.  She was very nice to Frankie and he loves elderly
ladies.  She was most impressed with his lovely, wide black nostrils, she
would have liked his tail to come up a bit higher but it was as she said a
very small ring and he would need at least 3 times that size ring ( I would
need oxygen)  AND even better she liked the way he showed his back pads as
he moved away!! I think that's in the Shih Tzu standard, don't recall it
being in ours!! Oh., forgot to mention her back must've been playing up
because she never got down to the well placed, black double dewclaws!!
Anyway he got his first CC bless him. There's another even older lady
tomorrow so I think I'll have a lie in instead!!
