Sorry to be away for so long -- this has been the week from h(@$% for me.
But it's almost over <VBG>.

Kes is doing very well. The first two nights we kept her in the house with
us. Only two nights -- she's the bark-o-matic of our lot, and by Monday
night I needed sleep! The first day or so, she would lick her tummy, but not
chew on the stitches. Now, she doesn't seem interested in them at all. I'm
glad. After the first couple days, she was right back to her old self. Even
young Zoe seemed to know she wasn't supposed to play too rough with her when
she first came home. Hopefully my photos have turned out -- had a chance to
get some great shots of Kes and Nick (the kitten we found at my office just
before Christmas) crashed out on the sofa together. Ahh, what a life.
