Bonnie, How would you have phrased it?  What would you like to have said
to Erin about the situation?  Certainly the news has done a good deal to
enlighten the public as to pet shops & puppy mills, and the horror
stories.  Erin said she was a Vet. tech as well.  Sometimes being firm
and honest is the nicest way to put things, and the most constructive
too.  How would you have said it, to make it better?  This is not written
in anger or sarcasm, so don't misconstrue this.  I am asking with genuine
interest!
