Yes, our ZoZo sleeps on her back, either on the couch or against the wall.  
Now, Baron is the funny one.  He'll lay on his stomach, hind feet going out 
in one direction, and his head and front legs twisted out in the opposite 
direction.  Doesn't look at all comfortable, but he's "dead to the world" 
like this.
