Peggy, what a lovely story and a positive report!  After all she has been
through, the offer of a ball has such major implications for her.  She is
so lucky to have you, and the way you handled all this on her behalf.  It
shows how much healing can be accomplished with some care and thought. 
Credit must be given to the boy and his Mom too for helping to do a good
thing for Noel!  Thanks for telling us, and much credit to you all!
