[pyrnet] Help-Puppy's hip fall asleep

Hi, 
A colleague just came running into my office asking me (I assume because I
have 4 dogs) if I knew why her new 9 week old boston terrier's hips don't
work when she first wakes up from a nap (not every time she naps).  She said
it takes about 3-5 minutes before they function properly and it is as if her
hips fall asleep when she naps.  Any advice would really be appreciated?
