[pyrnet] CHAT: PFNE Website's new look

The Pyrenean Fanciers of the Northeast's website has a new look.  I still
have more pictures to add, but you'll find some new one's out there.  I've
also added some additional information to the new rescue section.  Please
note that the site is no longer at the www.servtech.com address.  Please
update your links if you haven't done so already.  Thanks!
