At the NEC in Birmingham, England.  It's been cancelled due to the outbreak
nationwide of foot and mouth disease.  According to the press release on
the BBC web site, even sporting events such as the Rugby International is
threatened to be postponed or cancelled.  According to the map on this web
site, there were several outbreaks in the area of Birmingham!
