It took me awhile to get used to Gus' (CONSTANT) barking when he was outside. Now it's music to my ears. It really is a comfort knowing (especially when my husband is away) that Gus is out there patrolling. We live on 18 acres, and I love to look out the window and see Gus sitting on the top of the hill in the middle of the pasture with his nose in the air!! What a sight!
