elaine, i have a gentle leader that i like better than the halti. its the same type. it works well but sometimes its hard to get on coz of all the puppy fuzz in the way. it really helps him not to pull, the only thing i dont like about it is explaining to the uninformed that NO, its NOT a muzzle and in fact, if he wanted to he could open his mouth enough to eat a hand, ha ha.
