[pyrnet] patella luxation

Here's one of them and I think from what's been seen in newfs that 
they are falling into this.  Age doesn't seem to be a factor when the 
lateral occurs.    

"Outside dislocation of the kneecap, or lateral patellar luxation, 
occurs more often in large breeds such as the Great Dane, Saint 
Bernard, and Bernese mountain dog."
