I am starving just reading this! I need to
make dinner for the two and four legged members of the family, but first please
send me the recipe too!! My grandmother used to make really
sour saurkraut which I love, but I have also learned to make Polish
"kapusta" which is saurkraut with all of the sour cooked out and replaced
with apple and onion sweetness. Either way will have me drooling as much
as any pyr can.
