This occurred in rural TN. Probably no animal shelter, let alone
animal control. No, nothing will be done to him, it's just not
considered a crime in certain areas. There was another pair that
was given away, and the rescue is hoping that they will be called
if the dogs are returned to the umm, breeder. There is talk, on
another list, of getting a pssoe together to take care of this
fool. All just talk, I assure you. But I do understand their
feelings. We see a lot more of this sort of thing in Rescue than
most people know. Just as well, I suppose. Some areas of the
country are worse than others, as well. Darn good thing I'm not
God...
