Hello,

My wife (Soo) often takes Romy for afternoon strolls with our nearly 3 yrs 
old son (Dusty).  This became quite a handful for her.  As a Christmas gift, 
my office gave us a "Buddy System Leash" or hands-free leash.  You wear it 
around your waist like a belt.  Quick connect snaps then hook up a nylon 
leash between you and the dog (bull snaps on the dog's end).

She like this but noticed as Romy got larger and decided to check something 
out and really pull that her hips took the hit.  We contacted the company and 
they asked us to try out a new product of theirs that is a bungy section that 
connects in.  This really helps absorb the shock.  I also fixes the problem I 
had with it which was my long stride kicking the heels of Romy when he walked 
ahead of me.

Thought I would just share this with you folks.
