Would be nice to know their history a little better wouldn't it?  I 
personally like to think of Jesus having a Pyr that traveled around with him 
but if he did have a dog at any time, it probably was an Anatolian, 
sighthound or mix or something.

Still it's nice to imagine.  :)

Guess so....that's pretty funny.  I did see a Kuvaz once that looked a lot 
like a Pyr, only without the dewclaws.  Funny, 'cause they usually look a 
lot different in ear placement, coat, etc.

Yeah, at least she knew they weren't "toys".  :-D
