Percy was abandoned at the shelter, and his poor
little soul is wounded.  He is so sweet, just
wants to be petted and loved on. The shelter
staff are working with him because he came in
terrified of the lead. He wouldn't struggle, just
cower down to the floor. He is doing lots better!

He will be neutered and UTD on vaccs before
transport! Please, can you help Percy?? He needs
to get to his fosterhome so he can learn
confidence, and be showered with attention!
