RE: [pyrnet] Chat:  Susie
Oh
Pam, I am soooo very sorry to here this sad news :( My prayers are with you, and
good, positive thoughts are on their way to both you and
Susie.
But
your right, the best gift we can give our precious animals when they are in
pain...that we can't give our human family....is the gift of
peace.

Hugs,

Sariena
  ~~~~~~~~~~~
Hi All,
It's been a few hours
  since I got back from the Vet. I finally have sat down to share a "happening"
  here~~
I've been suspicious for several weeks, Susie has been "felt-up"
  regularly by Me~~every day, durring grooming, just on general principles,
  ect....
Well, When We got back from the NFGPC meeting on Saturday, there
  was no longer any doubt in My mind,  it was visible to the naked eye~~
To the Vet We go !     X-rays, blood test to determine
  which,( if any), organs are affected, or if the tumor is "free-growing"~~I saw
  the x-rays~~the tumor is almost as large as an inflated volleyball, but, had
  been hidden because it is underneath Her ribcage~~
Yep !
       Cancer
Now Larry and I wait for the
  results of the blood test, We will hear from the Vet. tommorow AM~~~As the Vet
  told Me today~" there are many differant types of Cancer, many will respond to
  treatment"~~
Susie is showing NO signs of pain, just "tiredness"~~
This is one thing that Larry and I agree on~~My Susie Girl will NOT suffer
   any pain~~ When the time comes that pain "rears it's ugly head ", We
  will give our Girl our love and our best and lasting gift~~We will give Her
  "peace"~~
This is the price of loving one of these precious animals
  ~~but~~I ask Myself:  " what if I had never had My Susie Girl ?"
