Thanks Cat, I'm glad you enjoyed my novel. You
should get an endurance award for making it all the way to the end! I
am learning very quickly what you say is true, "They are very smart dogs with a
mind of their own." Beau always seems to have an angle, which continues to
entertain us. He will take one of his growing collection of chew toys we
have gotten him, and go lay down with it on top of my slippers (or whatever
other item he knows he isn't supposed to have), and do his best to blur the line
between his approved and unapproved chewing. The whole time he will be
watching us, waiting for something to distract us from him. He likes to
walk the behavioral line, testing us with opportunities that
arise. We can't help but admire his resourcefulness!
It is nice to have a resource like this one, with so many people that can
identify with the Pyr characteristics.
