Hi all, just wondering what you recommend for size when purchasing a kennel/crate for an adult pyr?  Appreciate any advise.  Thanks

Hi Shelley,
I prefer a wire crate~The puppy should be able to get adequate ventilation, and should be able to see & hear the movements of the household~~
I buy the size needed for the estimated size of the Pyr. when it will be an adult~Granted, when crate-training/potty training, the crate will be too large~but crate dividers can also be purchased to restrict the puppy to a smaller space~or~some people use cardboard boxes, turned upside down inside the crate, or, as My Hubby did, they use a very large piece of plywood~( just make sure that the plywood is secured so that it won't fall on the puppy~~
the thickness(guage) of the wire is important also~get the heavier gauge ( rated in descending order by number) the lower the number, the heavier the wire~~Pyr Puppys are stronger than We think they are, and if You are gonna' spend the money, You want the product to last~~I've got some here that have been thru the lifetimes of 2 Pyrs. and the crates are still going strrong~~
I've enclosed  links that has crates for Your perusal~~
Hope that this helps~
