Ha!!They certainly are chewers!! My almost 1y/o F rescue(first time we have had this breed) has been quite a destruction monster herself. I have had quite a bit of success in cutting down on this by giving her more favorable 'chew toys', like big, big rawhide rolls. She seems to be more 'chewed out' if I do this every once or twice a day. When she is having a 'bad chew day' I will crate her when she can't be watched and corrected/distracted.
Shame they didn't give it more time...
