Maybe another working dog owner from the group may have an additional response than I.  I have just always had mine OFA'd  through my vet for the past 22 years.  Maybe I am the one doing it wrong???

Hi,
 My vet said his fee is different then what ofa charges. My boy is over 2 years old. I thought maybe there was a app. that I would need to find or fill out for the vet. Thank you for your help.
